March Reflections

Assalaamu ‘alaikum – peace be with you.

Kindness is the opportunity that we all have been blessed with every day to improve the world. It grows the spirit, strengthens the soul and softens the heart. It has the ability to renew hope, bring people together, humble us and ease the burdens of others. Even something as small and simple as sharing a smile with a stranger could be the spark which brightens someone's day. Some say being kind won’t change the world, but, it might change someone’s world and sometimes that’s all the matters.

We at Inspirited Minds understand the power of kindness and its ability to increase happiness, self-esteem, optimism, improve our mental and physical wellbeing, and give meaning and purpose in life. We want you to know no matter how dark or lonely it may get, you matter to us and we are here for you, to do whatever we can to help, and as always, we are open to your comments, ideas and suggestions; so please do get in touch by replying to this email.

Du’as always,
Talat
