Positivity is the practice of being or tendency to be positive or optimistic in our outlook and attitude towards life. It is the understanding that we don't always have to be happy or have no failures or doubts, but continuing despite the hardships and challenges we face and understanding even on difficult days, that better days lie ahead; it may be stormy now but it doesn't rain forever. Positivity involves making the most of the potentially bad situations; focusing on seeing the best in other people as well as ourselves; and trusting we will be given opportunities, resources and strength to be who we were created to be.
We at Inspirited Minds are firm believers that positive minds are powerful minds, and positivity not only improves our mental health and wellbeing, but it also ripples throughout society and makes those around us feel better and heal sooner. We also accept the road ahead for us in trying to create systemic positive change throughout society may contain many hurdles and obstacles so pray we are able to remain positive and hopeful even in the face of adversity.
