Important - Please Note:

The more specific and complete you are in the form below, the better we will be able to respond to your request In Shaa Allah. Please read through all of the below points before submitting a request.

  • We endeavour to respond to all requests made within 10 working days. Therefore, we ask that a speaker request be made a minimum of 6 weeks in advance of the event date so that we can ensure one of our speakers are available and there is good time to communicate and iron out any details.
  • As a charity with limited resources, we do prioritise paid opportunities. However, we appreciate not every event/organisation has the budget, so please do not let this put you off from requesting a speaker. Additionally, if you do not have the budget, we appreciate any donations to cover our minimum costs and expenses.
  • We have a non-refundable deposit policy of £60, whereby should any unforeseen circumstances occur and the event does not go ahead, Inspirited Minds is not at loss. We hope you understand how hard we work to ensure the content we deliver is suited to your audience, and is of the utmost quality. You are able to rearrange any event up to 2x. The deposit needs to be paid within 7 days of confirmation from the speaker.
    • This includes a 30 minute consultation meeting with the speaker to go over finer details.
    • Please note, even if an event is not paid for, we still require a non-refundable deposit which will be refunded after the event is over. If the event is paid for, the deposit will be deducted from the over all outstanding amount In Shaa Allah.
  • Due to the high volume of requests we receive and the limited resources we have, we are unable to have lengthy email conversations, and if we have to chase you for a response more than 2x, we will close your request. The same applies for payment deadlines. We encourage you to read through our FAQ’s, fill out the form below in as much detail as possible, making use of the additional note boxes, and asking our speaker specific questions in your consultation.

  • 1.5 Hours Online – £150
  • 1.5 Hours In Person – £250
  • 3 Hours Online – £300
  • 3 Hours In Person – £400
  • 3.5-4 Hours Online (training only) – £350
  • 3.5-4 Hours In Person (training only) – £450

This includes a 30 minute consultation with the speaker to go over details as well as a free resource pack for your event which includes our leaflets, bookmarks, and samples of our toolkits/booklets.

Our fees can be negotiable based on your budget, request, timings and location. Please be honest about your budget and we will try our best to accommodate.

**Please note, if an event is entirely online, we request that cameras should be on where possible as this ensures engagement occurs and there are no 3rd party spammers in the call.


  • I cannot afford your speaker fees, should I bother getting in touch?
    • Yes, please do. We understand everyone is in different positions, and we would appreciate your honesty from the beginning. We aim to deliver what we can within everyones constraints, In Shaa Allah!
  • Can we request more time on the day?
    • This will need to be discussed with the speaker to see if they are available. Additional fees will incur should the time go over.
  • Can we record the speaker?
    • We do not allow the entirety of an event to be recorded (excluding panel discussions) because our content is continually being improved. Additionally, some attendees may share experiences which our speakers will respond to in a tailored way making the event suited for a live audience. We do encourage social media content to be recorded i.e. short videos and photos. Please tag our social media handle where possible – @inspiritedminds
  • We need to proof the presentation before hand, is this possible?
    • Yes, after the consultation, our speaker will create a presentation based on your specific requests. The slides can be sent to you as a PDF prior to the event if required, you will have to let the speaker know the deadline. This will not include speaker notes.
  • Are discounts available for block bookings?
    • Yes, please list in as much detail as possible the dates/venues/topics, particularly the “Additional Notes” box at the end with your overall budget and we will try our best to accommodate.
  • Are you able to make marketing materials?
    • Yes, but we need at least 6 weeks notice (please advise in your request below if this is needed!) with as many of the following details finalised as possible:
      • Title
      • Date and time
      • Venue
      • Tickets/Free event
      • Speaker info (if there are other speakers involved)
      • Event brief
      • Logos
  • How much are resources?
    • Nothing! We offer a free resource pack with your event booking and this includes:
      • 100 leaflets
      • 25 counselling cards and bookmarks
      • 2 posters
      • 2 Empathy Toolkits, 2 Anxiety & Depression Toolkits and 2 Positive Affirmations Journal (these are useful to have in staff rooms/communal areas or to have as resources) and 1 Daily Companion.
