We all know mental health has been brushed underneath the carpet for far too long, leading to it to become such a taboo in Muslim Communities. Which is why we have to ask, how much do we really know? It’s been pushed aside and has been passed off for being other things, which has lead to many Muslims, whether they are a student, parent or someone who is just struggling with their thoughts and feelings to be left in the dark, vulnerable and unaware. Inspirited Minds will be going to Norwich to shed some light on those who are in the dark, and give talking about mental health a comfortable space in the community, In Shaa Allah.
