May Allah protect and help us and heal us all through our OCD, have mercy on us and our family and friends who have concerns for us, and keep increasing us in beneficial knowledge so that we may be free from the trappings of our OCD mind, OCD nafs, OCD brain, and protect us from Satan who is only too happy to take advantage of it all. May God have mercy on us and power us through to overcome those doubts and fears and uncertainties by helping us to remember Him and that His mercy exceeds His anger and God is more generous than we can imagine, and we are obligated to have a good opinion of Him, for God is in the opinion of His servant..and that we aren’t going to let shaytaan steal our time. ameen. Thank you Osman for sharing with us and for the host. May God see you through your studies through medical school and may He protect you in this journey of life. Ameen. Wish I could connect. I would recommend also, Osman, checking for autism spectrum traits or neurodivergence as we tend to have a particular susceptibility to ocd I feel. They are all in some way linked. I sometimes think that this is the souls way of trying to keep us away from the harma of this world. Like we told ourselves something before we were born to this earth to keep us on track, but shaytaan takes advantage of our scruples. Just my way of looking at it.
