Positive Islamic Affirmations is a small journal for Muslims, connecting the heart and mind to Allah (SWT) and his book, the Holy Qur’an.

It consists of 21 separate sections. Each section:

  • Is thematically designed to showcase our relationship with Allah (SWT) through His attributes such as being the Source of Hope and Mercy, and our Protector.
  • Uses both the Qur’anic words of Allah (SWT) and the 99 Names of Allah (SWT) to enable us to create some of our own positive affirmations.
  • Helps us cultivate our own emotional wellbeing, mindful reflections and consciousness of Allah (SWT) in order to achieve a healthier mindset.

There are also blank templates that you can use to jot down the Qur’anic verses that resonate with you and to create holistic positive affirmations from them, plus some exciting information about our #99withIM Campaign that you can join in!

All funds received from the purchase of this journal will go into:

  • Creating and publishing more booklets and journals to build awareness about mental health for the Islamic community.
  • Translating our current resources for those communities where English is not the first language.
  • Improving accessibility of our resources for our brothers and sisters with difficulties and disabilities in reading and writing.

Jazakallah Khairun for the booklets and journal you sent out. Alhamdulillah I am so happy and pleased with them. They are brilliant and exactly what I needed.

The positive Islamic affirmation journal looks is brilliant and is such a good idea MashaAllah. Unfortunately I haven’t used it yet but overall it looks really good. May Allah reward you for all the work you do. Once again, jazakhallah khairun for the books and it’s something I look forward to sharing with the whole family.
